A Letter From the Producer, Mr. Paul L. B. Lee

August 26, 2007

While we understand your disappointment in regard to your desire to reserve a seat, we want you to know that the advance sale of the Group Booking tickets which is open-dated is sold with the condition which is printed at the front of the ticket which reads “SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF SEAT”. The rationale behind this is to provide convenience to the members of the public and our ability to facilitate sales of tickets without the customer having to travel all the way to Taman Puchong Utama to purchase this ticket. You will also notice that we have some hundred over agents spread throughout the Klang Valley area including parts of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.

As for the reservation of seats it is necessary for our company to ensure that all seats are taken up which is why we have to put a dateline. To give you a situation,  and indeed we have experienced such situation in the past, that a great number of our Group Booking ticket holders reserved their seat and did not show up resulting in our inability to sell the seat at the last minute. Surely you can understand the reason why we have to put a certain reasonable time frame. The sales of the Group Booking ticket which carries the condition stated above is a choice for the ticket holder to exercise. We did not force the public to purchase this Group Booking ticket. You have the liberty to buy a ticket at our ticket box office on site and the risk of you not being able to purchase a ticket which I believe you would not want to take such a risk, that is to travel all the way from wherever you are with your children to the circus site only to find out that there is no ticket left. Our show has always enjoyed overwhelming support from the general public for some 20 over years. This is purely because we have always provide first class entertainment at a very affordable price which no other entertainment entity can provide ticket price at such low costs like what we have offered to the general public.

This letter is written with the hope that you will understand the necessity of a time frame for the people to come and reserve themselves of a seat. We always have to take into consideration the larger scenarios of implementing our policy. It is designed to ensure that there is no widespread disappointment. As an entertainment entity with the only goal of providing fun and laughter to our spectators, we simply do not wish to put all our fans and supporters in any form of inconvenience and also we have to strike a balance not to risk loosing money at all in our goal to be able to provide first class entertainment at a very affordable price. We need to ensure that there is no irresponsible member of the public who will book the ticket and do not show up. It is our sincere desire that the above explanation will satisfies you.

Regards and God bless.
